CV Generator Platform

Problem
Consultants rebuilt their CV in Word for every bid. Each client expected a different template, and each bid called for a different selection of past projects, so the same information was retyped over and over.
Approach
One source of truth for each employee's data, kept separate from how it gets presented. A template became a rendering choice and the relevant projects became a per-bid selection, so neither touches the underlying profile.
Outcome
Producing a CV for a new bid is now picking a template and choosing which projects belong in it, rather than rebuilding the document by hand.

Gamification Campaigns

Goal
Dhiraagu wanted more customers opening the app, and opening it more often.
Approach
A series of loyalty campaigns built around a daily check-in loop: come back day after day to build a streak, unlocking prizes along the way.
Outcome
App engagement rose noticeably over the course of each campaign.
